Port Stanley: East side – 6:15 PM. Not quite as hot, nor as muggy but still, it will be an uncomfortable night. Another day and it will be cool and rainy - I can't wait!

The Lake is quiet this morning, allowing flurries to accumulate on the skin of ice that has started to form.

It’s another typical 'lake effect' day on the South Coast. It's calm and almost sunny here. However, according to the weather radar, the lee of Lake Huron is still getting slammed and Northern Ohio is in for a "break out the dogsleds" kind of day.

Another snowy day, with squalls still dipping down from Lake Huron. Note the pair of Bald Eagles in the tree, centre left. Happily we get to see eagles far more frequently now.
