Port Stanley: Harbour – 10:15 AM. The Berm and Little Beach with the Lakes Terminals  and McAshphalt tanks.

Port Stanley: Harbour – 10:15 AM. The wind is strong and the Lake has broken free of the ice.

Port Stanley: East Side – 10:30 AM. Gentle swells and dazzling sunshine with the stormclouds of what is being called "Snowmageddon" out over the American coast.

Port Stanley: East Side – 10:30 AM.

Lake Erie: February 05, 2010

Port Stanley: Harbour – 10:00 AM. Overcast and breezy but not too cold. A huge storm is sliding by just to the south. Again, the Lake protects us from extreme weather.

Port Burwell: 4:30 PM.

Port Burwell: 3:00 PM.

Port Burwell: 3:00 PM. The day was quite pleasant - as long as you stayed out of the wind but it got more and more murky as the day went on.

Lake Erie: February 03, 2010

Port Stanley: East side – 11:30 AM. A warm morning - just below freezing and not much breeze makes it quite hazy.

Lake Erie: February 02, 2010

Port Stanley: East side – 9:45 AM. Very cold overnight but it's warmer today. There is strength in the sun even through the thin cloud cover. Even this little bit of sunshine was enough for all of the groundhogs to see their shadows, so it's unanimous - we're in for 6 more weeks of winter!

Port Stanley: East side – 9:45 AM.

Port Stanley: East side at lake level - 4:45 PM. Flurries - soft but persistant. The teensy specks just above the tree line on the far left side are the eagles, out for one last tour before settling in for the night.
