Port Stanley: Harbour – 5:30 PM. Nice November day - a bit cool and breezy but fine. The little rosebud bloomed this afternoon in the sun, sheltered by the rail on my front porch.

Port Stanley: Harbour – 9:30 AM.

Port Stanley: East side – 10:00 AM.   

Lake Erie: November 18, 2010

Port Stanley: East side – 10:45 AM. The weather is calling for snow tonight and it looks and feels like snow is going to answer. We still have an eagle, though.

Port Stanley: East side – 10:30 AM. The eagles have moved down to a more sheltered spot. It's a wet, misty morning but the sun is working on taking over for the rest of the day.

Port Stanley: East side – 9:45 AM. It's a bit more like November each day. The Lake is restless and the wind has a hard edge to it. The eagles are still around. It's very good to realize that only a few years ago these spectacular birds were in danger of vanishing all together. Now we get to see them several times a week. Things can change for the better if we put out minds to it. 

Lake Erie: November 15, 2010

Port Stanley: East side – 10:15 AM. These glorious days just keep coming! An eagle is just visible in the tree-tops on the left. 

Lake Erie: November 14, 2010

Port Stanley: East side – 11:00 AM. Swans. 

Port Stanley: Main Beach – 11:15 AM. A day at the beach #1. 

West of Duttona – 1:15 PM. This eagle is sitting in a tree right on the cliff edge. There is a nest just north of here. 

Port Stanley: Main Beach – 2:00 PM. A day at the beach #2.
