Port Stanley: My Front Porch – 7:30 PM. After enduring a day of strong, cold, punishing wind, this lovely Hummingbird chose this spot just outside my window to rest for a while. He's out of the wind here, only a few feet from the feeder and he has a good view all around him. He doesn't seem to mind us watching him and I can see he's still there as I write this. He must be very cold and exhausted from the difficult day. This photo was taken through the window.
